Buildria provides project workspaces, site reporting, files, tasks, project knowledge, cost estimation, bill of quantities management, rate intelligence, document intelligence, and related tools for construction professionals.

6. AI-Assisted Features

The Service includes structured engines and AI-assisted features for project Q&A, cost estimation, document analysis, BOQ review, and agent workflows. AI may help interpret requests, retrieve project context, route tasks, draft explanations, and produce reviewable narratives. Outputs are provided as professional aids and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for critical decisions. Buildria does not guarantee the accuracy of estimates, analyses, or recommendations.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Buildria and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Buildria's trademarks, logos, or brand features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided for professional assistance purposes. Project records, cost estimates, BOQs, compliance checks, and other outputs should be independently verified by qualified professionals. Buildria is not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days following termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law
