- Project data: Project details, cost estimates, bills of quantities, rates, site reports, tasks, and other construction project data you enter into the platform.

- Communications: Messages you send through the platform, including AI agent conversations and project feed updates.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Buildria platform.
- Process your cost estimates, BOQs, and other construction calculations.
- Power AI features including the AI agent, document intelligence, and BOQ Copilot.
- Send you notifications about your projects and account.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the platform.
4. AI Processing
Buildria uses third-party AI providers, currently including OpenAI and Anthropic, to power selected AI features. When you use AI features, relevant project context may be sent to these providers for processing. Customer project data is not used to train their models. AI providers process data according to their respective data processing agreements with us.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase-backed managed infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security policies, and role-based access controls.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Organization members: Data within your organization is accessible to members based on their assigned roles and permissions.
- Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform, including hosting, AI processing, email, and error monitoring.
